Project Consultation

This session is the first and most important stage of the design process. It provides the opportunity to explore your space and establish the foundations for a successful transformation - including a thorough understanding of how you want your space to look and function.

Ideal for homeowners looking for professional design support and considering a full transformation of one or multiple rooms, this consultation allows us to create a clear direction before any design work begins.

  • I visit your property to explore your space and discuss all of your aspirations for the space, challenges to overcome and your style preferences.

    This forms the project brief which informs my overall design proposal. A detailed brief enables me to ensure my design is fit for purpose, tailored to you and finished beautifully.

    • Property visit

    • Detailed discussion about aspects of your space including:

      • what you want to achieve

      • challenges and opportunities

      • layout

      • colours

      • room function(s)

      • furniture and fixtures

      • budget considerations

      • the mood you’d like to create.

    • Following the consultation, I will send you a written report of the brief, scope and a quote for your design project.

    • If you decide not to proceed, you will still have a crystal clear brief to hand with an overall idea on direction.

  • Investment is £120 for a 1-hour consultation (excluding travel). Timing can be extended based on the size of your project or your requirements, for example 90 minutes is £150.

Colour Confidence Consultation

A focussed consultation dedicated to selecting the right colours for your home and pulling together a colour palette - from a single room to a whole house scheme.

This is for you if you don’t know where to start with colours, want your home to feel more cohesive and want to avoid making choices that don’t feel right for your home.

  • I visit your home to discuss your space(s), find out about your colour aspirations, the functions of the room(s) and assess the natural light.

    I bring my colour toolkit with samples to browse and I curate a personalised colour scheme and make paint recommendations.

Ask the Designer Session

A flexible session designed to help you move forward confidently on a variety of design decisions.

Ideal if you are not looking for a designer to take on a whole project but would like expert advice on your design decisions, covering a breadth of areas including layouts, furniture, lighting, styling, storage and more.

  • This is a dedicated session for you to get answers to questions like:

    • which sofa should I choose?

    • how can I make this space flow better?

    • what lighting would work here?

    • which type of panelling should I choose?

    Before the session I send you a questionnaire to fill in and I come ready to discuss your options, make suggestions and provide you with design direction advice in a 90 minute session at your home or virtually.

Room Refresh Package

A styling focussed service that’s ideal if you don’t need a complete redesign but would like to elevate the look and feel of your space - from finishing touches, adding personality and pulling everything together to create cohesion.

If you’re planning a full redesign of a room or multiple areas in your home - from wall and floor finishes, to furniture, layout and styling; this is a comprehensive interior design package to transform your space and improve the way you use it.

Overview of the process

  • Fill out my short booking form where you can indicate what package you are interested in and provide information about your project so that I can come to meeting prepared. I respond with my availability and we schedule a suitable time for the consultation.

  • We discuss your project and pain points in depth detail and I take detailed notes which forms ‘The Brief’ - which you are sent as a written report within 5 working days of the meeting.

  • I begin creating your tailored design based on the brief

  • I hope you will love the initial design proposal, however your feedback is important to ensure we achieve your desired outcome. This is when I made any tweaks to the proposal based on your feedback. My packages include one round of revisions, further revisions or additional requests can be agreed.

  • This stage is when you sign off the proposal and when the physical work and product purchasing can begin.

  • The exciting bit! This is the point where I implement your new scheme, or if you have opted for my virtual service it’s the point where I hand over your new design to you.
